Our reality looks a little different….

  • From the time we wake up until we finally get to bed we care for our family and household, leaving little time or energy to care for ourselves, and resulting in burnout and sometimes a short fuse.
  • We are never alone, and yet often find ourselves feeling lonely.
  • We survive on caffein, sugar, goldfish and leftovers eaten off a toddler’s plate.
  • We wake up one day, look in the mirror and wonder who that person is that’s taken over our body.

If that sounds like you, know that you are not alone!  In 2015 I was dealing with depression, anxiety and stress and felt so uncomfortable in my own skin.  I made a decision to change and am finally the mom I want to be for my family…as well as being able to fit into clothes I haven’t worn since college!
