As a stay-at-home mom I know that after a long day of changing diapers, picking up toys, doing laundry, picking up more toys, school drop off and pick up, after school activity drop off and pick up, the last thing you want to deal with is try to figure out what to cook for dinner and then the stress of cooking and supervising kids for an hour. So why not get dinner ready at the begining of the day when you still feel fresh, or at least the coffee is still working? I love my crockpot because it offers a way for us to quickly throw a healthy dinner together and then not worry about it while we chase our children through their day.
