The work we do is CONSTANT from the time we wake up until we finally get to bed we are caring for children or trying to keep some semblance of order in the house, leaving little time to take care of ourselves.

As a SAHM who has been there and still struggles I GET IT! Last year I was uncomfortable in my body, with no energy, and suffering from depression. I felt completely alone in my struggles and couldn’t be the mom and role model I wanted. I had to make a change and I did. Now my depression is under control and I’m wearing clothes I haven’t fit into since I left college. I am healthier, happier and more confident than ever.
