1 pound ground turkey
2 medium zucchini grated
1/2 a medium onion diced
Favorite taco seasonings (I used 1/2 a packet of Frontera Grill Taco Skillet Sauce for chicken)
Grated cheddar or Mexican cheese
- Add a little olive oil to a large skillet and cook onions until they are translucent 5-6 minutes.
- Add turkey to the skillet and cook thoroughly.
- Add zucchini and cook until all the water is gone.
- Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
You can serve this over black beans, or in a corn tortilla.
